Combining Pilates & Intrinsic Biomechanics to create a program that's what you need right now. If you want an intensive 'MOT' for the body, this is the way. We'll track your progress as your body adapts and make a plan to keep you going beyond the end of the program.
6 online zoom calls (between 45-60 mins) with homework exercises to complete in between. We'll go through Intrinsic Biomechanics screens to see where you're a bit 'stuck', Pilates and Yin Yoga exercises tailored to your current needs and think about your 'go to' exercises to maintain what we've done beyond the program. Support from me via text, email and phone calls as and when you need it. We'll organise the calls once or twice a week but there is flexibility to suit you here.
There are plenty of ways we can get you moving whilst in the comfort of your own home or fitting into a busy schedule.
VIDEO PACKAGES & WRITTEN PLANS
I've created a range of Video Packages and Written Plans designed to be easy to use and clearly themed so you can pick the ones that are most relevant to you right now. This is a time efficient and cost effective way to get moving.
COACH SUPPORT PROGRAM
If you want a bit more support whilst working through your selected Video Package or Written Plan, I'll support you with a weekly zoom check in. We'll go through any exercises you're struggling with, change things around to better suit you and chat it all through on a zoom call.
CLASSES ONLINE
If you want an easy way to get yourself motivated, why not join a live weekly online class with me. If you're looking for a bit more detail and direction, book in for a consultation where we'll go through some Biomechanics tests & Pilates exercises to get the measure of what your body needs most right now.
CONSULTATIONS
Feel you want a better understanding of your body and why you move the way you do? Book in for an online consultation call where we'll chat through your goals and history, look at your 'postural pillars' and figure out some exercises that are what you need right now.
