I'm Mirren, founder of Movement.MOT
I'm a Pilates teacher and Intrinsic Biomechanics coach, working online and in person.
Over the past 10 years, I've been lucky to work with a range of clients from high performance individuals and athletes to elderly dementia patients and people who simple want to move with more ease.
Movement is key to life, my interest is in helping you move better, no matter your background or goal, life is better when we can move well!
There are a multitude of ways we can improve your ability to move whatever your schedule looks like. Building movement into your day doesn't have to consist of hours spent in the gym or repeating boring exercises that don't suit you.
